Coffee storage

  • Coffee beans react badly to air, heat and moisture
  • Never freeze your beans!
  • Don't store your coffee beans in the fridge as it develops moisture around the bean and will destroy flavour
  • Transfer your coffee into a ceramic or glass container with an air-tight seal
  • Once stored in an air-tight container use within 7-10 days

Grinding

For the freshest flavour grind only what you need for immediate brewing. Once the beans are ground the flavourful oils are exposed to the air and the flavour quickly deteriorates.
